Hi Diana. Thank you for your feedback. I understand your need, but at the moment we are not able to develop the workload functionality to take weekly fluctuations of capacity into consideration. If you would like to perform more detailed resource management planning, I'd like to suggest taking a look at e.g. Planview PPM Pro, which can support these types of needs.

Having said this, there is also a quite rational way of handling weekly fluctuations that some customers have implemented, and that is to add 'time away' cards that represent the hours that the user is not available that week in relation to the 'normal' capacity. Maybe that could be a solution as well in the mean time?
