Hi Sydney, sorry for late response on this. The solution you describe is already in place with a couple of different options: When you have an integration between Planview Enterprise One or Planview PPM Pro and Projectplace, the users will be automatically invited to a project in Projectplace if you have added them as resources to the project in Enterprise One or PPM Pro. If this doesn't work for you for some reason, please contact your sales or consulting representative.
We also offer the SSO option where users can be automatically provisioned upon invitation to a new workspace.

Hello,

Yes, I think the hope would be to remove the redundant behavior of having to add Planview project resources to a board in order to create an account. The ask is that if a person is added as a resource to a project, they would automatically be added to the board if the project is synced with ProjectPlace. That way, the PM wouldn’t need to also add them to the board.

It’s our thought that if a person is set up in Planview, they should also be set up in ProjectPlace. Please let me know if you’d like to have additional discussion around this topic.

Thank you,
