Hi Brad, as you may have seen we recently updated My Overview and we actually removed the segments for Today, Tomorrow and Later, since very few users were actually using it and most users wanted to have the possibility to group the cards by due date or other criteria instead. There is also the possibility to manually prioritize all tasks by dragging them. I hope one of the new options available can be useful for you and your team.

I would suggest dividing the column Planned into Backlog and ToDo.
That way uncomitted cards can be kept out of the place of what the user needs to focus on.

I'm even using a Today column to force the user commit to new cards on a daily basis.
