Thanks for your feedback! Do you mean adding a column on a board or are you referring to any other tool in the service. You could create either a "meeting board" and there have the cards for each meeting and an assignee or just create meeting cards for the board you are working on and assign to people. Then the resumes are found on that card and in the card you might have a documented linked to a folder in tool Documents for instance.
