Being new to Projectplace I find the communication for software updates, patches, and downtime lacking important details. The only information I have found shows a date. A time frame would be great with what changes will be implemented.

When we have software updates (once a month) in our service we have a notification about this in notifications center top right in global navigation. When you click on this it takes you to this page:
https://success.planview.com/Projectplace/Product_updates
