Going through and updating status of closed ideas according to our new way of working. New process works as follows:

1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are support-related, already exist in some manner or non-implemented ideas that are older than a year and that have not gathered enough votes will be Archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'

Hi Brad!
Thanks for you feedback! Can you give me an example of what these custom fields would contain in the creation window and on the workspace overview? Would help a little bit better in understanding this idea better.

The company I work for has a unique structure. Beyond departments, and cost centers, there are service lines. Meaning the cost center could be accounting paying for a new software, that the IT department will be implementing/doing the work, and the software is for a service line like Skilled Nursing, Home Services, and the other 5 services we offer. Having another field that would act as a multi select to check what service lines the workspace will impact as well as using the already in place department and cost center would help further break down workspace organization. Then if someday integrating that custom field somehow to Innotas would be fantastic.

Thanks for the clarification! What is your workaround for solving this today?
We are right now adding custom fields for the Plan tool but I donĀ“t know if we have plans for adding custom fields also in other places in our service. I will have to ask our product management team for their input. We will get back to you as soon as we can with more information.
