archiving this idea since the Workload tool should help with the issue described above. (on a separate note, we are planning to do some additional development on the workload tool within the near future - potentially also showing estimated and planned time for the assigned cards)

Then if you have an enterprise then this self assessment is displayed in the Workload tool together with information on number of assigned cards for each member. This gives an overview of every persons workload. Here you can read more about the workload tool.
