Hi Kim!
Thanks for your feedback! When you create a new template you have the option to select "Existing template". In the following step after that you can then also select if you want to copy the Knowledge base that the template contains. This way you get the same Knowledge base in all new templates. I look forward to hear whether this is something you already know about but don´t find sufficient.
Best regards

Hi,
Thanks for the tip. It is of course possible for us to have a base template from which we create all other templates, no problem. But what happens if you have created lets say 4 templates sharing the knowledge base and you add something new to the "base template"? Will that document or file be visible in all projects started with some of the 4 templates?

Hi Kim!
Sorry I missed your message here. The templates don´t have any connections in between each other. So if you create a new workspace based on any of the 4 templates then that document will not be visible in the workspace. You need to update the template that the workspace is based upon and use Knowledge base in order for this to show in the workspace.

This year we will be updating Templates and then your suggestion will be an input to that work.

Best regards
Silvija
