I would like to request the ability to allow groups to be setup within Project Place. We find ourselves assigning the same group of individuals to particular projects. It would be nice to have a single group to add versus each member.
For example, instead of adding the following individuals to each project:
System Engineer A
System Engineer B
Manager A
Application Specialist A
Application Specialist B
Network Engineer A
Project Manager A
We would like to assign all 7 members to a single Group A. Then when clicking Add Members, we could assign Group A to add all 7 members at one time.
Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
I would like the same functionality, but not for the project team (though that is useful too) but for Portfolio Stakeholders. I have 50+ porfolios and several for different groups of managers. If I could add a group instead of individuals as portfolio stakeholders, it would save a lot of time. I am using the Enterprise version.
I would also like to have this functionality with being able to create groups at the Account level and then using them at the workspace level. As for now it is a pain to add members to a new project (it's even worse since you changed to the new GUI where you have to type and search for each member) but also when we have more than 200 workspaces and we get a new employee its REALLY a pain to add that person to each workspace instead of just adding them to a group which is already assigned to the workspace. Please implement this!
Hi Jane and Daniel!
Thanks for your input!
The possibility to create teams if you have an enterprise account is something we implemented this spring.

Then in My overview you can find your team under My team:

However we have limitations today that we only support creation of one team, but which is under discussion.
Best regards
Silvija
In November this year, we released an update so that it is now possible to invite Teams to a new workspace. Teams are currently being setup in the Account administration and each user can only be part of one team. This is something we are planning to update in the first half of 2018 as well.
