Changing the way we work with Ideas, thus updating the status of your idea in line with the new process. New process works as follows:

1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are older than a year that we haven't gotten around to implement and that have not gathered enough votes will be archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'

Greetings Silvija,
My understanding is in the future Personal Task Functionality will be removed from Projectplace. Can you please clarify if this is true.
Regards, Brandon

Greetings again Silvija,
The proposal made by Hanne Kilsti is excellent... including the excellent illustration. Is this something that actually exists/existed or is it Photoshop? I don't know why anyone isn't Voting for this idea. I personally struggle to find Notifications useful and feedback within the office is that the interface is not user friendly leaving to a terrible User Experience. Can you please change the Title of this Idea Proposal to read "Improve Notification Interface - New Alerts Flag and Discarding Posts", I believe this will stir up more Votes!
Regards, Brandon

Hi Brandon!
With that I suppose you mean personal tasks that you can create on My overview? There are no plans that personal task functionality will be removed.

Hanne Kilsti made an illustration which is a suggestion and not implemented in the service.

Best regards
Silvija
