I'm guessing this is because deleting KPIs would cause a problem with reporting etc? Why not allow the ability to delete KPIs that are not used in portfolio and are deactivated? If not, at least get rid of them from the list.

It is far too easy to add a KPI by accident by the way, or add as the wrong type, which can't then be changed. You then end up with loads of Untitled KPIs.
I cannot believe clearing this up is not a priority.

What about KPIs set up by mistake using wrong selection (i.e. date instead of monitary)? Nobody will ever use it. I want to delete it...
