I had the same Problem. Use a grafic program and create an empty, rectangular picture. Drag your logo in there, center it and save it again.

With the latest release which affected the interface on the project overview, we now present the project image within a circular shape. If you have an image shaped as a rectangle you get white space area within the circle. A tip in order to make the image fit nicely into the circular shape is to save the image from the project overview, open a graphic program and make it into a square and save. Then upload the new image. Thank you Hannes for you additional tip!

How can I add a logo/picture to a project and can set that as a default for every project under our account?

Hi Christian!
What you can do if you always want all projects to have a logo is to contact support@projectplace.com and provide them with the logo/picture that they should add to your account. However before you do that I would advice you to try out and see first in one of your workspaces how it will look like since images are placed within a circular shape. Go to Administration" and upload the logo/picture. Then go to Overview and see if it works.

Best regards
