Hi Daniel!
Thanks for your feedback! I am trying to understand your need. The functionality only used to hide projects but not archive them. So if that is your need then I would suggest that you archive those projects and then they will not appear in the list.

Can it also be that your need is to easier navigate between the ongoing projects in the lists and would like a way to be able to see them at the top of the project list for quick access?

But, then it should be possible to access documents in archived projects again. With archieving you'll get the projects out of the workspace, but now you have to reopen the archived project first before accessing the documents. Not a good practice, because very time-consuming. Thanks in advance, Silvija
