Going through and updating status of closed ideas according to our new way of working. New process works as follows:

1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are support-related, already exist in some manner or non-implemented ideas that are older than a year and that have not gathered enough votes will be Archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'

Well we plan to make enhancements to the Plan in Q3/Q4 and this idea will be added as an input to that work.

Can you say something about why this is not prioritized? Is it considered to be unnecessary? If so what is the workaround to cover this needed function? If it's considered too complex, why is that so? Could it be a preliminary solution to create an "information-column" that is possible to use for filtering? This should be quite easy to fix. A more complex solution is to put other functions to this, like workload for responsible person. I look forward to get some more content behind the feedback :o)

Hi Kari, sorry for delayed response. it is not considered to be unnecessary, but when we prioritize we take into consideration both the amount of people who request a specific feature, how it is aligned with our general thinking about how the service should work and the effort it will take to perform the change. We have some requests that have received many votes and that people have consistently asked for over a time that we are focusing on finding solutions for right now. The basic idea for working with the Plan and the Boards has also been that the actual execution (and where assignments are made) should be on the cards on a board that the activities in the Plan are connected to (although I'm not saying that we will never allow for assignment of people to activities). I hope this provides some more insight into our thinking.
