Enforcing two-step authentication is done on account level and you need to be an account administrator to activate this.

Hi Matthijs!
Thanks for sharing your feedback! Regarding two-step authentication we are developing the feature to activate two-step for all users in the account. This will be released sometimes during the autumn.

Changing personal details however is something that we do not plan to develop right now. The account that each member creates are personal and that is the reason for why administrators cannot change details of a member. Is the reason behind this idea because you find it difficult to get members to update their personal information?

Best regards
Silvija
