Going through and updating status of ideas according to our new way of working. New process works as follows:

1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are support-related, already exist in some manner or non-implemented ideas that are older than a year and that have not gathered enough votes will be Archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'

I agree that Date/time that the card is moved to the completed column is a vital addition to the data that is exported from a board.

I know that the data exists as zapier reports this information however I really need it in excel so I can track user progress.

Zaiper is great however we would really like to see this supported by PP. All we're looking for is the date/time stamp added to the current export list in Excel.

The bosses were not happy when I told them that we'd need to use and pay for 3rd party software as we're already paying PP a good deal every year.

I fully support the comments below. This addition to the excel download would allow effective analysis and reporting of key movements and date changes etc...

If you are using project place extensively across several projects (as we do) it becomes an unnecessary chore to try to monitor and progress chase actions which are past due. The facility to sort by date seems to be a simple and easy request/expectation

It would be highly beneficial if we were able to download the data from each card that showed the date the card had moved from one phase to another. This would allow the measurement of the cycle time of each phase and the overall cycle time of a card. In addition it would allow averages to be drawn of overall cycle time for project cards. This would benefit our team and the wider site.
