Going through and updating status of closed ideas according to our new way of working. New process works as follows:

1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are support-related, already exist in some manner or non-implemented ideas that are older than a year and that have not gathered enough votes will be Archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'

Hi Sujan!
Thanks for your feedback! I am curious in how you do when you attach your files. You know that you can attach several files at once, when the window is open instead of one file at a time? I just want to make sure that you understand that you can do that. So when adding several files in a deep structure you use the navigation links (bread crumbs) to navigate around the different levels and select the files you want to attach.

Otherwise if you are aware of this functionality but attach files on a daily basis I need to check with the development team and see if there are any plans of your suggestion.

Best regards
Silvija

Yup, I am aware of that functionality. That works only when I have to attach within the same activity/card. But this is rarely the case.

Currently, I'm setting up a new board in Projectplace. I have to:
Create an activity card inside a swimlane. Click on 'Attach', navigate from the root folder to the particular folder, seven deep, click OK, and save.
Now I create another card for another activity, and click on 'Attach', and I am taken back to the root folder in Google Drive, and again navigate through seven folders to get to the same folder.

At the time of setting up a new project, I am having to do this atleast 50 times, and that means I have to navigate seven folders 50 times. See what I'm saying?

Ok, thank you for clarifying this. I see that this way of working becomes cumbersome to you. I will get back to you when I have more information about the plans.

Best regards
Silvija
