Hi Fabio!
Thanks for sharing your feedback! The account that each member creates are personal and that is the reason for why administrators cannot change details of a member. This is something that we do not have any plans to change right now. Is the reason behind this idea because you find it difficult to get members to update their personal information?

Hi, I can only agree on Fabio's request. It's quite often necessary for (account) administrators to adjust information on user details, department, etc. it would also be nice if the password reset, reinvitation of removed users and such would be possible.

I agree with Fabio's comment. It is very frustrating to have out of date personal information on Projectplace without any way of updating this. Member job roles change regularly and its not possible to update them (or give the member the motivation to change the details)
