We do not have any plans to set reports to off by default when inviting members.

Hi Jerker!

Thanks for you feedback! I can understand your point of view but we believe that the reports are an important engagement feature so we would like as many people as possible to get them.

Or do you more think that the reason why it should be set to off is because the content of the reports should be better? This kind of input we always feel eager to hear more about.

Best regards
Silvija

I totally agree these default settings should be changed. We have a situation where specially managers that are involved in several steering groups get a list of daily mails from Projectplace and never even have time to find out how to turn them off. I was recently in a ProjectPlace training where your colleague advised us to tick them off before sending out the invitation which I have done for some time. This means that you are sending out double messages from your organization.
