Hi Markus!

Thanks for you feedback! To move a card to another board in the same project you need to select the card you want to move and the detail pane will open. On the detail pane in the top right corner you can click on More and in the menu you will find the option "Move to another board".

However if you mean to move a card to another project this is not possible to do.

Did this help?

Best regards,
Silvija

hi Silvia,
"However if you mean to move a card to another project this is not possible to do."
that was my feature request :)
our management created a new project with boards and want that we (a team) move our current cards from other project to this. not a big problem, just a nice to have.

Ok, great to know. This is something that we have heard before but not something we have been able to prioritize yet.
Well is reusing cards to new projects common for you? Then there is also the option of creating a template that is based on an ongoing project. Then you could select to add all the boards with cards in the template. Here you can read more about this and see if this could help you.

Hi,
i believe your solution did not work if the boards in different projects have different columns/layouts.
but good to know, thanks for your hint.
currently i not need this move in other project feature.

Hi Markus!
I just came up with another idea which is Zapier and makes it possible to import cards from an excel. The idea would be that you would first download the board which you would do by selecting "Download board" (an excel sheet is created) in the settings menu for the board. Then with Zapier you would create a "zap" where you would set up to import the cards from the excel sheet into a board. If this sounds interesting you could read more here and also the experience that one of our clients have had so far.

Unfortunately I canĀ“t help you further with giving you my expertize with Zapier but please share if you decide to try it out.
