We suggest 2 improvements to PP functionality to be considered:
1. To add column "Assigned to" to the "Plan" section. Need to be able to define 1 or multiple Project Team members delivering the activity;
2. Automatic population of the activities from "Plan" section to "Board" section, based on the "start date":
a. Activities that have to be started within next 5 days to be populated into "Not Started" area, the assigned Team members from "Plan" section should be assigned to the card;
b. Activities that have either "today" start date or in the past, but not completed, should be populated into "In progress" area;
c. Activities that have past date and completed should be populated to "completed" area [optional].
d. Activities that have start date in the past and not completed to be highlighted as overdue on Board [optional].
3. All as-is "Boards" functionality still to be available.
Hi Anna,
thanks for your feedback! We plan to introduce resource on activities within the next 6 months.
When it comes to population the boards with activities in the plan I would like to understand your need more. I guess the activities you talk about is of quite small size and is not further broken down into cards? If this is the case I would recommend to put them as ards on the boards directly instead of having them as activities in the plan. You can add due date to tell when the work is supposed to be done.
Does this makes sense or could you else describe further a typical situation and typical activity that you would benefit from having both in the plan and as a card on a board?
Best regards
Ylva

Fully agree, this is a very useful function!
Changing the way we work with Ideas, thus updating the status of your idea in line with the new process. New process works as follows:
1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are older than a year that we haven't gotten around to implement and that have not gathered enough votes will be archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'
