Changing the way we work with Ideas, thus updating the status of your idea in line with the new process. New process works as follows:

1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are older than a year that we haven't gotten around to implement and that have not gathered enough votes will be archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'

Hi Henrik,
Thanks for you feedback! Out of curiosity, do you mean that you strive for having the cards in priority order in all columns, not only the first one? And what kind of priority are you referring to, is it like "High priority", "Medium priority", "Low priority" or do you need to set a definite priority order of cards so that if you have 12 cards they are prioritized from 1 to 12?

Yes, we would like to be able to use priority in more columns than the first one.
For instance, when we move a card to test, we would also like to execute the tests in priority order so that we secure that the most important cards are tested first.

I would like to be able to set any number as priority and also display the priority on the card itself so you can get a good overview when watching the board.
We now use rather high numbers for priority to be able to stick something more important in between cards.

Hi again,
thanks for clarification. We do not have anything specific to priorities in our roadmap, but we are planning to make it possible to add user defined tags, for example on cards, during the coming year. This will open up many possibilities, including adding a tag for priority. Maybe you already do this, but if not I can recommend you to set a naming convention for including the priority in the title in the meantime. Start the title with the priority number so that it is always visible on the board even if the title is long.

Great to hear! Yes, I agree. To make tags really useful in boards they have to be displayed also in the board view.
