Hi Thomas,
Thanks for your feedback! To see changes since last you logged in, go to project overview and click on “Last events”. In the window opened, you can click on the link “Change setting for my red flag” where you can choose if you want to see changes since you last logged in, or changes for a specific number of days. Unfortunately you will not get it in an e-mail, but of course you can always copy and paste the information if you need to distribute it or further manage it outside Projectplace.

Best regards
Ylva

OK, thanks. That answers my question as I worded it. Fine.

But what I really need - and i should have been more careful in my wording - is:

Show me changes since I 'downloaded files last time', and an option to place the content with live links in an email.

'Downloaded files last time' can be 'since I set this flag' or something similar.

Background is that I visit/login every now and then to check some small thing. So the last visit flag is set. But I need to keep track of what is, and isn't downloaded to our server. And that can be something like each Monday.

I guess I can create a special login/ID only for that purpose. As a workaround. That may also have the advantage that anyone in my staff can do it when I am not around.
