Thanks for your feedback. We are currently developing support for time reporting on cards that are associated to an activity in the plan. The time reported on cards will be aggregated in the activity. Does this cover your need?

Hopefully, this would include estimating (hours, not work effort) at card level too.
That would be extremely useful.
