Hei karolina. For Our Project it would be a report in Excel that list the different Boards With the different Cards and where their progress (status and date). There is a simple report on the front page of the Project, but the filtering is not sufficient enough. today we have nearly 40 Boards, and to keep track of the status of hunderds of Cards is time consuming.

My role is Project manager, but I'm in charge of setting up the eXecution module With the Blue Ant mgmt module for a Program, With 34 different Projects.

We have many Boards, and an overview report of all Boards (maybe possible to Select which you want to include in Your report) would be appreciated. Typical information could be like this

  • 1 column: Board name
  • 2 column: Card name
  • 3 column: Status (lane)
  • 4 column: Description
  • 5 column: Responsible person
  • 6 column: Date
  • 7 column: assign acitivity
  • 8 column: Color category
  • 9 column: Work effort
  • 10 column: commentary history

I think the report should be in raw format/Excel or csv format due to the fact that each Board could be designed differently (status and color category). Then we would use this information to create pivot tables in Excel our selves, or use other Reporting Tools for handling this raw information.
