Hi Laura,

Thanks for giving us feedback on this. It is especially important with new or changed features. We are talking about some solutions to this and also waiting to see if we have any more reactions before we decide.

Best regards,
Karolina

We do not intend to use the 'public documents' folder in our projects. I'm hoping something can be done to make it optional. The folder is now the first folder in every documents menu, which is not very efficient if you do not want to use them. Even changing the name to put it folder on the bottom of the documents list, would be a significant improvement for us!

1. We do not use this public folders as well and we want to remove it!!!
2. Instead of our Project description we get this stupid and wrong information (yellow) on the first page; please remove it as far as possible!!!

We strongly object against this feature. It seems that the information in our projects on Projectplace is now accesible to everyone who visits a project.
This affects our reliability towards our customers and brings our company in disgrace. We cannot and do not want to allow this feature to our projects.
We know you secured this feature with the possibility to activate or deactivate the folder and to protect it’s information with a password.
Still it affects our reliability simply by naming the folder ‘Public documents’.
At least we want to have the possibility to rename the folder but that will not be enough. We need to have the possiblity to delete the folder.

I need a fix how to (at least) hide this folder.
The only feedback i get from support is that "it cant be deleted".
It is not an option for us to use a "prefixed" document structure.

Yes it would be nice to have an option to hide the "Public documents" folder. Someone who does not know much about IT and/or Projectplace could drop confidential information in this folder. Some partners dont trust this feature
