There are certain features where It would be very useful if there was the ability to activate it across multiple projects. For example, with the recently released capability to pre-schedule online meetings. We have about 40 separate projects, all of which have meetings, and so to have to activate this for each one separately will be somewhat tedious.
Another, much more common use-case is whenever we have a new employee. In order to add that person to some or all of the projects I also have to open each one individually, and go through several steps to add that user to each project. Thus, in a similar fashion to what I suggested above, it would be extremely useful if you could add a mechanism to add a user to multiple projects at once.

Thanks for your feedback. We are going to look at the Project Office in more detail this year and one of the things that we want to do is make multi-project management easier. No date for this development but it is definitely on the radar.
