We are thinking about integration - not necessarily in the wiki format but definitely integration with other file storage solutions like dropbox and gdrive (already done) and box (ongoing development).

How would you use this to organise your services?

The idea was to use tex Box to embed larger project folders for a large amount of documents in which other employees who are not using Project Place is listed and works in. To gather different folders / projects in a more structured way. Embed uploadwidgets so files can be uploaded directly into specific folders.
That the organization / planning in Project Place could be a good option later ..
That you can choose to insert code for embedding would be preferred which makes it possible to determine how it should look like but it may well be better options available ...
