Hi Håkan,

Thanks for your feedback. You can already change colour on several folders at once. If you unfold folders it is quite easy to mark whole structures to change the colour.

The version management on several folders have been brought to the attention of the developers - let's see if we can get that prioritised.

Best regards,
Karolina

I'm using the old "Document", but when I switched over to the new view I found the option to change color.

The new "Document" have very poor version management so I will keep using the old one for a while longer.

What is it that you lack in new documents when it comes to version management? As we are replacing the old version completely soon it would be great to hear in more detail why you choose to use old documents for version management.

Is it when you delete old versions - for instance?

I was going to list all things I have been missing, but first I looked a round a bit more and it seems like you have fixed most things already.
So I will keep using the new document more often to see if it works fine now.

I still don't know why verison now is called status, and why status (preliminary, published) has been removed.
