Hi Tommy,
We had a release yesterday and fix for the elapsed time issue is out. All you need to do is click on elapsed time on any of the post. This is one time click and from there on time will be created time for all the posts.
Let us know your feedback. Thank you

Thanks for the feedback, Mr. Tommy.

We want our user's to use conversations effectively, efficiently and more often. Elapsed time gives a better understanding of the time post created for user's who login frequently.

Before we take up this point for discussion in the team, how often do you login to Projectplace?

I am continually logged in at PP, and so are most of my team.

The complains comes from my team members, they want to know when something was posted, not elapsed time.
For face book etc is that ok, but for job related issues is it more relevant to know when it was announced.

For example , if something was announced 2 days ago , is not much to help, for us is it important to know when exactly.

We use the conversation flow a lot and I asked around this morning, and every one I asked want to have date and time stamp, not elapsed time.

So please check this a bit more.
