Hi Kjell Johnny,

It is now possible to export the contents of a board with cards, descriptions, comments, statuses etc to an excel file for archiving or back-up.

Best regards,
Karolina

Hi Kjell Johnny,

My spontaneuos tip would be to create a separate board for archived cards and move the cards there. Would that work for you?

Best regards,
Karolina

Allso, as I can see, the "done" function is related to the collum most to the right. This meens that if you make another collum named "Archive" and place this to the right it take over the done function, and if you place it another place, when you move a card from done to Archive, it also becomes "undone".

Good point Kjell!
That is correct. The last column of the board is the "done"-column. Also, the minimum number of columns of a board is two, and when you move a card from one board to another, it will always be placed in the first column, and that makes it "undone".

I will bring this story up with our Product Owner and see what we can do to better support long-living boards with needs like yours!
