Hi Herman,

Now I got the shreen shots, thank you! And I can spot the problem straight away. The titles of the columns (statuses) are free text fields and can be called anything you like. The system will assume that the column farthest to the right is the "closed" status. Since your closed column is one step before the last one your actions are still open until they hit the status that is furthest to the right. You can solve this by moving the "closed" column to the far right.

Actions that do not have due dates will not show up in planned work, whether they are opened or closed.

I hope this explains your problem.

Best regards,
Karolina

Hi Herman!

For me the action disappears from the Assignments in the top navigation (things assigned to me) as well as from the scheduled work on the project overview after reloading the page. If it's in he "done" column.

If it doesn't do that please try clearing your cache. If the problem is still there, please report back to me with web browser and operating system and I'll try to reproduce. I checked in Firefox on OS 10.8.2.

Best regards,
Karolina

Hi Carolina,

I have an action in the "action items" list, that has the status "closed" and thus is in the column "closed". This action obviously has a due date, but this due date is lying in the past (February 7). When I switch to the "project overview" it however still is in the "scheduled work" list with a status "overdue". It also is in the list "assignments". It is deletd from both lists if I delete the due date totally. Refreshing does not help.

I use IE version 8.0.760.1714 and windows professional 7 with service pack 1 installed.

Hope this helps, Herman

Hello Karolina.

Arte these the screenshots that you are looking for?

The first is the action (it is closed), the other is the drop-down of the assignments (it is still in the list).

Hi,

If possible, could you include a screen shot of the action in the "closed" status column and how the assignment menu looks for you please.

Best regards,
Karolina

Hello Karolina,

I’ve copied pasted the screenshots in the email and in my sent items folder I see the screenshots. Can it be something with your server?

Regards, Herman
