We have found and corrected a problem which was introduced in the August release that made the system slow for some users.

The problem was worse for users who had a slow computer/internet connection so they should see the greatest improvement.

We are still not satisfied with the overall performance and will continue to work at improving the respons time and perceived speed of the system in coming releases.

It's important to let us know which parts of the system feel sluggish (opening a folder, switching between projects etc) and on which browsers. A great place to give feedback about this is right here in this thread where we can all get an overview of the scope of the problem.

All the best,
Karolina

The comment from Doris covers it perfectly -it is simply sluggish. The impresssion is a microsoft product: "fat", unefficient code...

Hi,
We are a 15 member team using Projectplace for many years now and have always been impressed by its functionalities. However, the recent update/release was a disapointment. In your comment above it seems that you've fixed the issue with slow system. We will have to try chanhing the system settings accordingly. Moreover, the refresh button still seems to be bugged...when we use it in a folder we are moved to a higher level folder. Hope you can look into this issue.
Best regards,
Tomas

Tomas,

Thanks for your feedback. Which refresh button do you use when you get kicked up to a higher folder?

Best regards,
Karolina
